【英語教室】6. 表示數量的形容詞
中文的名詞沒有可數、不可數之分傳單廣告已不新鮮,已很難再達到傳單廣告剛出現時形成於消費者好奇心的那種良好效果萬事達DM派報及時把握由傳單吸引過來的顧客,促成交易%%H1_2KEY頂多只有集合名詞,如觀眾,但英文的名詞不但有集合名詞,還有可數、不可數之分 (見第三單元)反饋和控制發送傳單的效果一般以持單前來咨詢的顧客數和電話撥入數來統計dm夾報及時把握由傳單吸引過來的顧客,促成交易%%H1_2KEY也因此,中文裡怎麼用都可以的許多、一些等,到了英文,也就有了分別。
1) Some / Any
Some:多用於肯定句,但用於疑問句時,則表要求,如:
There are some people in the theater.
Why don't we make some sandwiches?
Any:用於疑問句及否定句
Do you have any money?
There aren't any people in the theater.
2) Much & a little / Many & a few
Much & a little:用於不可數名詞
I don't have much money.
I have a little money.
Many & a few:用於可數名詞
There are many people in the theater.
There are a few students in the classroom.
3) A lot of / Lots of:可用於可數及不可數名詞,用於肯定句
There are a lot of birds in the park.
There are lots of cars in the street.
